General conditions of use (CGU) of the SAS INCC website for the Mercedes-Benz brand

Any waiver to enforce any provision of these T&Cs shall not be deemed acceptance of the breach, non-performance or subsequent breach of said provision.

EXCEPT EXPRESS STIPULATIONS OF PUBLIC ORDER, THE T&Cs ARE GOVERNED AND THEREFORE SUBJECT TO FRENCH LAW. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE ON THEIR IMPLEMENTATION, EXECUTION OR INTERPRETATION, AND IN THE ABSENCE OF AMICABLE AGREEMENT, THE COMPETENT COURTS ARE THE FRENCH COURTS.
